AUTHORIZING THE DIRF,CTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN NOMINATING AND SUBMITTING
CONGF,STION MITIGAT[ON ANU AIR QUALITY (CMAQ) CRANT PROJECTS
BE 1T RESOLVED by the Board of~ Supervisors of the County of Butte. Stale of
California, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorised and directed to execute and
submit on behalf of the County of Butte applications nominating public works roadway
