HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-132 .,~ .~. . ~ v '~'~ ~• ,~~ °~. :'"+>,_ CQUNTY OF BL!'~'TE STATE t?F ~ALIFORMIA ~ •'•~~~•...,,,,,,..~~~~ Resolution No. 04-132 R'SOI,UTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR SPECIAL DISTRICT'S UNDER CONTROL OF `I~HE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9 OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE WI-IEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides that local governments must establish annual appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and; WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and; WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the appropriations limits for the applicable special districts to be the amounts shown on attachment A for liscal year 2004-2005. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limits for special districts under control of the Board of Supervisors of Butte County are established to be the amounts shown on Attachment A for fiscal year 2004-2005, and; FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the determi-nation thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitlrtion. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, this 3rd day of August, 2004.
