RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
MULTI YEAR -NEGOTIATED NET AMOUNT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from
the Butte County Board of Supervisors to amend its current Agreement entitled, COUNTY04
Amendment 2 (03104), with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for Negotiated
Net Amount and Drug/Medi-Cal contract for FY 2001/2005; and
WHEREAS, the contract is being amended to reflect an increase in the revenue
allocation in the amount of $21,829, making the maximum amount receivable for FY 2003!2004
$2,071,009; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement remains July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized by the Board of Supervisors to amend the existing Contract with
the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs and acknowledges the increase in revenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 17~h day of
August 2004, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
