RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.38G1 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS 'I'I-IE "SALARY ORDINANCE."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$103,794 130 Director -Public Works
And adding thereto the following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$I 15,674 I30 Director- Public Works (Effective 07-03-04)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte on this
