RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3$61 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3 $61 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
.5 Health Education Specialist III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
.75 Health Education Specialist III, II, I
thereby increasing the total from 149 to 149.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 5 8 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the Coun y of Butte
entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant II, I (position to ~d 09-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant II, I (position to ~d 09-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 2$.
