'hhat the stopping, standing or parkins of vehicles is limited to four (4) holu~s between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays on the west side of Hicks Lane (Cowlty Road ~ 60193), from Cane Principal (MP 0.15) to Sycamore Drive (MP 0.45}. 2.
