RESOLUTION [N APPRECIATION
WHERF,AS, this Board expresses its appreciation to William [~, Da~~ue For his l2 years of dedicated
service to the Butte County Probation Depart-~~ent, and
WHEREAS, William R. Dague began his Iaw enforcement career with the Butte County Probation
Department as a Deputy Probation Of7icer II on May I $, 1992. I-Ie was subsequently pro-1~oted to
Deputy Probaiion Officer llI on August 22, 1998, and
WHERI%AS. Deputy Probation Officer William IZ. Dague has worked successl-ull_y in many different
assignments in his career. including Adult hltake; adult Drug Court; Sex Offender Program; .1u~~cnile

WHEREAS, after serving the citizens of Butte County Ior 12 years, Willi<~lm R. Dague is retiring on
Uctobcr 1.2004.
NOW, ~[~1~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors on its own behalf, and on
behalf of the residents of the County of Butte, that said Board expresses their deep appreciation for the
unselfish dedication and devotion given by Deputy Probaiion Officer William R Daguc during his career
with the Butte County Probation Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Si-pervisors this 14th _ day of
September 2004 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
