RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3s8~ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3;84 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom. the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Technician II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Technician II, I
(Term position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 158.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3ss4 of the County of
Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -
ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Program Manager -Employment and Social Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, (DESS) Program Development
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 176.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 52 of Ordinance No.3s~4 of the County of Butte
entitled "570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by
adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 2I 0 to 212.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 58 of Ordinance No, 3x84 of the County of Butte
entitled "630 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Library Assistant I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
