BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Rc~solufion X10. 04-192 RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3884 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Sheriff's Clerk II (position to end 12-31-04) and. adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Sheriff's Clerk II (position to end 12-31-OS) thereby leaving the total unchanged at 60. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 10-31-04) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-OS) thereby leaving the total unchanged at 8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 3 8 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte entitled "460-001 AGRICULTURAL" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Agricultural/Weights & Measures Inspector (position to end 06-30-OS) Page 1 of 3 thereby increasing the total from 18 to 19. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I (position to ~d 06-30-OS) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Ti 1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I 1 Program Manager, Public Health thereby increasing the total from 149.25 to 150.25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Courier/Stock Clerk (term position to end 03-31-06) thereby increasing the total from 158 to 159. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following: Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title $28.9855 $35.2320 4101 Program Manager, Public Health Page 2 of 3 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 26th day of October , 2004, bythe following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None A ~ 1 I Y k.
