HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-203•tr'i 4Q• 1j©i i':i~e :~i ~ ~ ^ w* ; *i •,~; ~ •~~ r~rrO°rrr• BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~lt'SO~Uf1011 N0. 04-L03 RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 38$4 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of~Butte entitled "070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk 1 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer II, I thereby increasing the total from 20.6 to 22.6. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by adding thereto the follotiving: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 02-28-OS) thereby increasing the total from 6 to 7. i~a~,c i oi~2 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 9th day of November , 2004, bythe following vote: AYES: Supervisors Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Beeler NOES: None ASSENT: Supervisor Dolan NOT VOTING: None ~~~~~ R.
