Reserve Deputy in 197 L 1n Noticmher of 197G he was tlircd as a full time Deputy Shcrifl~assigned to the Jar] Division.
In early 197K 1~I'1't;"l'}~ I~C~IlI~J~~7i went to North County t)perations ~~orking as a patrol deputy. UL'1't '7'1~13t "RI~I:~7%
ryas then transferred to the Investigations Unit, where he~yorkcd a variety of high profile cases, including the Tharon

noted for his continued interest in the Shcrit't`s Search and Rescue'l~cam f {is must notable case teas the Danny
