Resolution No. o4-zii
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3884 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
(position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby increasing the total from 78 to 79.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
1 Medical Records Technician II, I (position to end 12-31-04)
1 Public Health Assistant II, I (position to end 12-31-04)
3 Public Health Nurse III, II, I (position to end I Z-31-04)
and adding thereto the following:

1 Information Systems Analyst III
1 Medical Records Technician II, I (position to and 12-31-OS)
1 Public Health Assistant II, I (position to end 12-31-OS)
3 Public Health Nurse III, II, I (position to end 12-31-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 150.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte

entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
1 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby increasing the total from 300.5 to 302.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
(term position to end 09-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 159.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 66 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte
entitled "757 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL -MANAGEMENT" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Landfill Equipment Operator or
Landfill Equipment Operator (term position to end 12-31-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Senior Landfill Equipment Operator or
Landfill Equipment Operator (term position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 21.
