RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF THOMAS C. MCPEAK
UPON RETIREMENT FROM BUTTE COUNTY FACILITIES SERVICES
WHEREAS, Thomas C. McPeak, Building Crafts Worker III for Facilities Services Division of
the AdministrationlGeneral Services Department, announced his retirement as of December 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Thomas C. McPeak began his career with the County of $utte in 1988, as a
Building Crafts Worker II, in the Buildings and Grounds Division, advancing to his present position of
Building Crafts Worker III in 1992; and
WHEREAS, Thomas C. McPeak has earned the respect of fellow employees, contractors, and
others involved in Facilities Services activities in Butte County, and has diligently served the residents of
the County of Butte for sixteen (}6) years with extraordinary distinction and professionalism in carrying
out his duties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of
the residents of the County of Butte, wishes to express to Thomas C. McPeak sincere appreciation for his
many years of unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of the County of
Butte, and further wish him well on his retirement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 14~' day of December 2004, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
