2. Child Abuse Prevention Council of Butte County letter, dated March 29, 2007,
regarding National Crime Victims' Rights Week, April 22-28. The letter formally
invites the Board of Supervisors to an Awareness Breakfast on April 24, from 8:30-
lo:oo a.m., at the Memorial Garden, County Center Drive, Oroville. Also attached are
a draft Resolution for National Crime Victims'Rights Week and a postcard announcing
