RESOLU'T'ION IN RECOGNITION OF NOELINE FRANCIS
UPON RETIREMENT FROM
BUTTE COUNTY PC1BLiC HEALThI DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Noeline Francis has announced her retirement as of December 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Noeline Francis began her career with the County of Butte on March 30, 1995,
working various extra help and term positions as Office Assistant [, li, and III, with the I-Iepatitis A Project
and Public Health Nursing for the Public Health Department; and
WHEREAS, Noeline Francis started a permanent full time position as Office Assistant fi for Public
Health Administration in August 1999, and promoted to Oftce Assistant III in April 2000. In December
2000, Noeline promoted to Accounting Speeialist_ Noeline has provided suppo-t to Public Health Nursing
and Clinics, the Butte County Children and Families COmnllSSion, Environmental Health, and the Butte
County Public Elea]th Officer; and
WHEREAS, Noeline Francis has been a dedicated employee, conscientious, dependable, and
committed to a high quality of work. Noeline has earned the respect and appreciation of her coworkers for
her calm, pleasant demeanor, as well as for her work ethic.
':VOW, THERI?EORE, BE IT RF.SOLVF,D that. the Board of Supervisors wishes to express to
Noeline Francis sincere appreciation for her many years of dedication and service to Butte County, and
further, wishes her well on her retirement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the. Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14°i day of December
2004 by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Dolan, Hoax, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
