RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION
OF
JAMES BURKART
Whereas, this Board empresses its appreciation to JAMts:S' Rt IRKAll1' for his 24 ~~ears of dedicated
sen ice to the Butte Count. Sheriff"s Office.

at the Butte Countti~ Superior Court. He has continued in this role since October of 1989. I~LY11`I'Y

Judicial Officers during his career. ineluding~ the Honorable Judge William Patrick, the Honorable Judge
lames Reillc~~_ the Honorable Judge William Lamb_ and the Honorable Commissioner William Scott.
Whereas, after ser~~ing the citircns of Butte Count_~~ for 24 years, l)L'PCI'1'Y.IAMI.;S" Bt/RKAx7' is
retiring on December 10. 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b~ the Board of Supers isors on its o~~n behalf. and on
behalf ol'the residents of the Couni~~ of Butte:
