service to the Butte County Sheriff s Office.

as a Correctional Technician for the Incarceration Division in September of 19x)8, In Ma~~ of 1999 Da~~id ~~°as
selected to be a Correctional Officer. In Januar<~ oi'~001 David ~~~as promoted to Depute Sheriff. 1)IiPt1'!Y
UO1.~1N has successfully ~~~orked mane assignments during his career ~~~ith the Sheriff s O1'ficc including:
Patrol_ Court Security and lncareerations.
Whereas, alter serving the citizens of Butte County for 6 years. UA67111)(N,At~` is retiring on
December 30.2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE [T RESOLVED by the Board of Superti~ isors on its o~~°n behalf. and on
behalf of the residents ol` the County of Butte:
That said Board expresses their deep appreciation for the unselfish dedication and devotion given b~~
