RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
AMENDING THE BUTTE COUNTY CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No.
91-56, adopted a Conflict of Interest Code, a list of Designated Employees, a list of
Committees and Commissions, and Place of Filing for Designated Employees and Committees
and Commissions (hereafter collectively termed "Code") pursuant to the Fair Political
Practices Act; on June 22, 1993, adopted Resolution No. 93-86 amending said Code; on
March 26, 1996, adopted Resolution No. 96-30 amending said Code; on May 13, 1997,
adopted Resolution No. 97-59 amending said code; on April 26, 2001, adopted Resolution
No. 01-046 amending said code and on December 12, 2003, adopted Resolution No. 03-173
amending said Code;
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee listed on Attachment C, Part II -
Committees and Commissions of the Butte County Conflict of Interest Code was dissolved
on May 22, 2003; therefore said committee should be removed from said Code; and
WHEREAS, Butte County desires to amend its code to reflect this change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
1. The Development Review Committee listed on Attachment C, Part II, of the
Butte County Conflict of Interest Code shall be deleted from said attachment.
2. That the list of committees and commissions listed on Attachment C, Part
II, attached hereto, shall therefore replace the former attachment, and become the
applicable and valid Attachment C, Part II to that Code.
