COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
Resolution NQ 05-005
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3884 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (term position to end 06-30-OS)
1 Supervising Dispatcher
1 Public Safety Dispatcher
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Public Safety Dispatcher, Lead
thereby decreasing the total from 60 to 59.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 25 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-003 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Sheriffs Clerk III
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Sheriff's Clerk III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 105.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting

therefrom the following:

3 Mental Health Clinician II, I
thereby decreasing the total from 302.5 to 299.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-003 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -DRUG TREATMENT" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Mental Health Counselor
.5 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
.75 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
1 Mental Health Clinician II, I
thereby increasing the total from 6.5 to 6.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3 884 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3884 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

$125,626 170 Director -Employment and Social Services
and adding thereto the following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$109,922 170 Director -Employment and Social Services
