RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "020-001. ADMINISTRATIVE" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Support Services or Administrative Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Support Services
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Deputy District Attorney
thereby decreasing the total from 80 to 79.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 20 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CHILD SUPPORT INVESTIGATIONS"
by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 1.5 to 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 35 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Administrative Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Assistant Director, Development Services
1 Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or
Office Assistant
thereby increasing the total from 45 to 46.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1.5 Nutrition Specialist, Senior or Nutrition Specialist
thereby increasing the total from 149.25 to 150.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Child Support Specialist, Senior or Child Support Specialist
2 Paralegal
thereby decreasing the total from 155 to 151.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
