HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-038~,. o~'sv "''••.. • 1 `i •:O~ ~O~ •1~• ~+~1 i*: ~~ ~*~ ,~; ~ •• BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~E'SOlUf1011 N0. 05-038 RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 15 of Ordinance No. 390 l of the County of Butte entitled "080 ASSESSOR" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Office Specialist or Office Assistant and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Assessment Clerk, Senior or Assessment Clerk or Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or Office Assistant thereby leaving the total unchanged at 45. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy Sheriff thereby increasing the total from 59 to 60. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 31 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "420-001 PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Assistant and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Assistant, Senior Page I of 3 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 48. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3 901 of the County of Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Assistant and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Assistant, Senior thereby leaving the total unchanged at 150.75. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C, GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following: Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title $12.1420 $14.7587 4055 Public Health Assistant, Senior and adding thereto the following: Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title $12.1521 $14.7710 4055 Public Health Assistant, Senior NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following: Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title $31.0523 $37.7445 4331 Surveyor, Senior and adding thereto the following: Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title $30.7497 $37.3764 4331 Surveyor, Senior Page 2 of 3 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 22nd day of Marsh , 2005, bythe following vote: AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Yamaguchi NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None Kim Yamaguchi, Chair of the Board of Supervisors ATTEST: PAUL MCINTOSH, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors BY: _ ' . ` Page 3 of 3
