RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPF.RATIVF. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRF. PROTECTION SERVICF. FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF,D by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreement to provide fire protection
service for local agencies, entered into between the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, ?004 through
June 30, 2005.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th
day of April by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Yamaguchi
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
