RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 24 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Sheriff's Clerk III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Sheriff sClerk -Substation Coordinator
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or Office Assistant
and adding thereto the following:

1 Inventory/Warehouse Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 96.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 38 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "460-001 AGRICULTURAL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

following:

entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

County of Butte hereby amends Section 61 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte

following:

entitled "757 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL -MANAGEMENT" by deleting
therefrom the following:
