Resolution No. 05-048
RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides that in May of each year County
shall submit to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its
mileage of maintained County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2004 certified to the State
Controller on that the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was I ,351.037 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,350.739 miles;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the total mileage of maintained County roads be
1,350.739 miles, as indicated on Exhibit "A" referred to as THE TABS and in accordance with the additions,
exclusions, or corrections to the tabulation shown thereon and hereby made, by reference thereto, a part of this
resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that duplicate copies of the herein above said
Exhibit "A" shall be filed in the office of the Director of Public Works of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
this 12th day of April , 2005 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Yamaguchi
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
