' CeUUNTY OF ~~ y ~~ ,_ +QF SU P ERV ISCJRS BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFQRNIA R~~solufion Nc~. os-057 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES, AGREEMENTS FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS, AND PERMITS TO ENTER AND CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS FOR OWNERS BENEFIT FOR THE DURHAM-DAYTON HIGHWAY BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ACROSS HAMLIM SLOUGH, STATE BRIDGE NO. 12C-0244, FEDERAL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT BRLS-5912(056) WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors have entered into a project agreement with Caltrans and the Federal Highway Administration to participate in the Highway Bridge Rehabilitation and Replacement Program (HBRRP) for the reconstruction of the Durham-Dayton Highway Bridge across Hamlin Slough; and WHEREAS, the project agreement requires that the County of Butte acquire all rights of way and easements necessary to construct the project; and WHEREAS, the County of Butte must complete all right of way and easement acquisitions necessary to deliver right of way certification to Caltrans. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, in order to complete the delivery of the right of way certification to Caltrans, authorizes the Director of Public Works to negotiate and sign the agreement for Acquisition of Real Property for Road Purposes, Agreement for Temporary Construction Easements, and Permit to Enter and Construct Improvements for Owners Benefit for the Durham-Dayton Highway Bridge Replacement across Hamlin Slough, State Bridge No. 12C-0244, Federal Bridge Replacement Project BRLS-5912(056). PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, this 26`h day of April 2005, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair ~'amaguchi NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None KIM K.
