RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby increasing the total from 6 to 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Probation Technician
thereby increasing the total from 96.5 to 98.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Public Health Microbiologist, Senior or Public Health
Microbiologist
thereby increasing the total from 151.75 to 152.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

4 Accounting Specialist or Account Clerk, Senior or
Account Clerk (term position to end 09-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:

4 Accounting Specialist or Account Clerk, Senior or
Account Clerk (term position to end 06-30-06)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 155.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION"
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Revenue Recovery Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 176.
