RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
4 Investigator II, I (position to ~~d 06-30-OS)
2 Legal Clerk (position to end 06-30-OS)
2 Paralegal (position to e~1d 06-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to e~~d 06-30-06)
4 Investigator II, I (position to ~~d 06-30-06)
2 Legal Clerk (position to end 06-30-06)
1 Paralegal (position to e~~d 06-30-06)
thereby decreasing the total from 79 to 78.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

entitled "360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER - OPEATIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors oi~ the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 ofOrdinance No. 3901 ofthe County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERII~ F-CORONER SP1~.CI~L ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 60 ofOrdinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "704 INFORMA`hION SYSTEMS" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
