NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 3 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-OS) 2 Probation Technician (position to end 06-30-OS) 1 Accountant (position to ~d 06-30-OS) 1 Supervisor, Probation Officer (position to end 06-30-OS) 1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 09-30-OS) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 3 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-06) 2 Probation Technician (position to end 06-30-06) 1 Accountant (position to end 06-30-06) 1 Supervisor, Probation Officer (position to end 06-30-06) Page I of 5 1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 12-31-OS) thereby leaving the total unchanged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 35 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 GIS Technician and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 GIS Analyst or GIS Technician thereby leaving the total unchanged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 36 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "440-004 PUBLIC WORKS -SUBDIVISION INSPECTION" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Engineering Technician, Senior or Engineering Technician, Associate or Engineering Technician, Assistant thereby increasing the total from 7 to 8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 38 of Ordinance No. 3901 ofthe County of Butte entitled "460-001 AGRICULTURAL" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Agricultural Biologist Technician (position to end 06-30-OS) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Agricultural Biologist Technician (position to ~d 06-30-06) thereby leaving the total unchanged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 39 ofOrdinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte entitled "470-001 COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER" by deleting therefrom the following: Page 2 of 5 Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder III, II or Deputy County Clerk I (position to end 06-30-OS) and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title l Deputy County Clerk-Recorder III, II or Deputy County Clerk I thereby leaving the total unchanged.
