RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3901 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-06)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3901 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$87,620 160 LAFCo Executive Officer
and adding thereto the following:
Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
$100,000 160 LAFCo Executive Officer (Effective 07-02-OS)
