RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.39 i i OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 39 i i of the County of Butte
entitled "070 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Support Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification T
1 Property Tax Supervising Accounting Specialist
1 Accounting Specialist or Account Clerk, Senior or Account Clerk
thereby increasing the total from 22.6 to 23.6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 27 of Ordinance No. 39 i i of the County of Butte
entitled "360-007 SHERIFF-CORONER -RURAL COUNTY SUPPLEMENTAL
FUNDING" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-06)
thereby increasing the total to 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. ;~ 11 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-06)
thereby decreasing the total from 6 to 5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Accounting Specialist or Account Clerk, Senior or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 146.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:

entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
