RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "050 AUDITOR-CONTROLLER" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Finance Officer 1 Manager, Property Tax & Grant Accounting thereby increasing the total from 35 to 37. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy County Counsel IV, III, II, I thereby increasing the total from 10 to 1 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Investigative Assistant 1 Investigator II, I thereby increasing the total from 77 to 79. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 20 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CHILD SUPPORT INVESTIGATIONS" Page I ol'3 by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Investigative Assistant l Investigator II, I thereby decreasing the total froth 2 to 0. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 30 Public Health Nurse, Senior or Public Health Nurse or Public Health Nurse, Associate 5@50% Public Health Nurse, Senior or Public Health Nurse or Public Health Nurse, Associate and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 30 Public Health Nurse, Senior or Public Health Nurse or Public Health Nurse, Associate or Staff Nurse, Senior or Staff Nurse or Staff Nurse, Associate 5@50% Public Health Nurse, Senior or Public Health Nurse or Public Health Nurse, Associate or Staff Nurse, Senior or Staff Nurse or Staff Nurse, Associate 1 Public Health Assistant, Senior or Public Health Assistant (term position to end 06-30-06) thereby increasing the total from 146.75 to 147.75.
