RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
CONTRACT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2005/2006
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to continue the existing Phase I and Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program with the State Department of
Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 2005/2006 is $2,276,342.00; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to continue their Inpatient and Outpatient Program for Managed care services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 16th day of
August 2005, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx,. Josiassen and Chair Yamaguchi
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
