RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy County Counsel IV, III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Chief Deputy County Counsel or
Deputy County Counsel IV, III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Forensic Accountant
1 Information Systems Technician or
Information Systems Technician, Associate
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigator II, I
1 Information Systems Analyst, Senior or Information Systems
Analyst or Information Systems Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 79.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Accounting Specialist or Account Clerk, Senior or Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst, Senior or Administrative Analyst or
Administrative Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 297.5.
