Resolution No. os-ii9
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "533 PUBLIC WORKS" by adding the eto the following:
Positions

Road Maintenance Worker or Road Maintenance Assistant
thereby increasing the total from 106 to 108.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Public Health Education Specialist, Senior or
Public Health Education Specialist or
Public Health Education Specialist, Associate
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Accountant, Senior or Accountant
Deputy Director, Public Health Nursing
Dental Hygienist
1 Supervisor, Therapist
thereby increasing the total from 148.75 to 151.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 46 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-003 PUBLIC HEALTH -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH" by deleting
therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 66 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "757 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL -MANAGEMENT" by adding
thereto the following:

2 Landfill Maintenance Worker, Senior or
Landfill Maintenance Worker
thereby increasing the total from 22 to 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
