RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Support Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Support Services
1 Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or Office Assistant
thereby increasing the total from 297.5 to 298.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Behavioral Health Education Specialist or
Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Associate
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Senior or
Behavioral Health Education Specialist or
Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 24.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-003 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -DRUG TREATMENT" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
.75 Supervisor, Mental Health Clinician
thereby decreasing the total from 7.5 to 6.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 58 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "630 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant (position to end 09-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant (position to end 09-30-06)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 28.
