RESOLUTION REGARDING COUNTY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT FOR FY 05-06
BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, the California State Department of Mental Health has issued the County
Performance Contract for FY 2005/2006 for Butte County Department of Behavioral Health;
and
WHEREAS, Butte County is required to establish a community mental health service
to cover the entire area of the County; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires Board of
Supervisors' authorization to accept the terms of the above-referenced Performance
Contract; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Contract shall be July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes Butte County Department of Behavioral Health to accept the terms of the County
Performance Contract for FY 05106 with the State Department of Mental Health.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11th day of
October 2005, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and~Chair Yamaguchi
