RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section l 8 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "1.30-001 COUNTY CLERK -ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Support Services
and Adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst, Senior or Administrative Analyst
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the

entitled "470-001 COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER" by deleting therefrom the
following:
