BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolufion lVo. 05-150 RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3911 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "080 ASSESSOR" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Assessment Clerk, Senior or Assessment Clerk and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Administrative Assistant, Senior thereby leaving the total unchanged at 44. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 18 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled"130-001 COUNTY CLERK-ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy County Clerk I (term position to end 06-30-06) thereby increasing the total from 7 to 8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3911 of the County of Butte entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 2 Legal Clerk or Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or Office Assistant 1 Legal Clerk or Office Specialist, Senior or Office Specialist or Office Assistant (position to end 06-30-06) 1 Legal Clerk (position to end 06-30-06) thereby decreasing the total from SO to 76.
