Resolution No.
RESOLUTION PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING OR PARHING,
NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF HUMBOLDT ROAD FROM CHICO CITY LIMITS,
EAST OF DEAD HORSE SLOUGH BRIDGE, TO EL MONTE AVENUE
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles is prohibited on the north and south
sides of Humboldt Road from Chico City Limits, east of Dead Horse Slough, to El Monte
Avenue.
2. That the Director of Public Works is directed to place "No Parking" signs or curb
markings as provided in Section 14-4b of the Butte County Cade at the appropriate locations
along said roadway.
3. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the State Vehicle Code and
Article XI of the Butte County Code.
4. AlI resolutions or ordinances or parts of resolutions and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 10~ day of January 200b by the following vote:
AYES: Snpervisars Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
