FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreement to provide the powerline
inspection program, entered into betr~veen the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2005 through
June 30, 2006.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 24ti~lay
of January, 2006by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
