CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTW
FOR
FY 2005/2006
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health {BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to amend the existing Phase I and Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Care Program Contract with the State
Department of Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the fatal revenue to be received for FY 2005/2006 is $2,351,890 {an
increase of $75,548}; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte Gounty Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to amend their Inpatient and Outpatient Program Contract for Managed care
services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of
February 2006, by the following vote: -
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Chair :fosiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
