RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
AMENDING I'T-TE BUTTE COUNTY CONFi~ICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No.
91-56, adopted a Conflict of Interest Code, a list of Designated Employees, a list of
Committees and Commissions, and Place of Filing for Designated Employees and Committees
and Commissions (hereafter collectively termed "Code") pursuant to the Fair Political
Practices Act; on 6/22/93, adopted Resolution No. 93-86; on 3/26/96, adopted Resolution
No. 96-30; on 5/13/97, adopted Resolution No. 97-59; on 4/26/01, adopted Resolution No.
01-046; an 12/12/03, adopted Resolution No. 03-173; on 1/11/05 adopted Resolution No.
05-002; and on 5/24/05 adopted Resolution 05-070. All of the above mentioned
resolutions amended said code;
WHEREAS, the positions of Deputy Director - General Services, Assistant Director
- Development Services and Management Analyst, Senior-Administration have been added
to Attachment B of the Butte County Conflict of Interest Code as designated employees
who file statements of economic interests, and
WHEREAS, Butte County desires to amend its code to reflect these changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
1. The designated employees of Deputy Director - General Services, Assistant
Director - Development Services and Management Analyst, Senior-Administration listed
on Attachment B, of the Butte County Conflict of Interest Code shall be added to said
attachment.
2. The list of designated employees listed on Attachment B, attached hereto,
shall therefore replace the former attachment, and become the applicable and valid
Attachment B, to that Code.
