COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3 921 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigator II, I {position to end 06-30-06}
thereby decreasing the total from 78 to 77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-06}
thereby increasing the total from 11 to 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 3 5 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

therefrom the following:

entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY (BCMEA) UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
