RESOLUTION DECLARING 3-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
AT TURNER AVENUE AND COWEE AVENUE
AND AT WHITE AVENUE AND EL VARANO WAY
(Vehicle Cade Section 21355)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that the intersections of Turner Avenue at Cowee Avenue and White Avenue at El
Varano Avenue be made 3-way stop controlled intersections and the Director of Public Works is
hereby instructed to install legal STOP signs and markings at the appropriate entrances thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this lath day of February ~, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
