COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE `` SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the' Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 3 S of Ordinance No. 3 921 of the County of Butte
entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Chief Building Inspector
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Building Official Assistant
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County ofButte
entitled "533 PUBLIC WORKS" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor, Fleet Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Fleet Services
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 108.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY (BCMEA) UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:

REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
