RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3921 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "020-001 ADMINISTRATIVE" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Program Development
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager, Program Development or Management Analyst, Principal
or Management Analyst, Senior or Management Analyst
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Mental Health Clinician (position to end 09-30-08)
1 Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator
and adding thereto the following: ,

2 Mental Health Clinician or Mental Health Clinician Intern

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 307.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte

entitled "SSO-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Inventory/Warehouse Specialist (term position to end 03-31-06)
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 146.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 51 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES - ADNIlNISTRATION"
by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 172.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "720 ADMINISTRATIVE -FACILITIES SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:

thereby increasing the total from 3$ to 39.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY (BCMEA} UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
