COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3921. of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classif cation Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 06-30-06}
2 Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-06)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 06-30-07}
1 Investigator II, I {position to end 06-30-07)
1 Investigator II, I (position to end 12-01-06)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-OOS DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-06)
thereby decreasing the total from 12 to 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 2S of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "3.60-003 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 108.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:

County of Butte hereby amends Section 61 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "710-001 ADMINISTRATIVE -SELF INSURANCE" by adding thereto the
following:

thereby increasing the total from 3 to 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY (BCMEA) UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
