COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
i Sheriff's Clerk II, I {position to end 06-30-06}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Sheriff s Clerk II, I (position to end 06-30-07}
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 24 of Ordinance No. 3 921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER -- OPERATIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-06)
and .adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Deputy Sheriff (position to ~d 06-30-07)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 7S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 25 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-003 SHERIFF--CORONER -CORRECTIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 10$.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 27 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-007 SHERIFF-CORONER -RURAL COUNTY SUPPLEMENTAL
FUNDING" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Crime Prevention Off cer (position to en.d 06-30-06)
6 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-06)
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 29 of Ordinance No. 3 921 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-011 SHERIFF-CORONER - B.I.N.T.F." by deleting therefrom the

County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH _ GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Supervisor, Mental Health Clinician
1 Supervisor, Nurse
and adding thereto the following:

1 Program Manager, Clinical Services
