COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 18 of Ordinance No. 3 921. of the County of Butte
entitled "130-001 COUNTY CLERK-ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION" by adding
thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Technician
thereby increasing the total from 8 to 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Inventory/Warehouse Specialist (term position to end 06-30-06}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Inventory/Warehouse Specialist (term position to end 08-31-06)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 146.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3921 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE J,
CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNIVIENTS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

$100,000/Annually 160 LAFCo Executive Officer
and adding thereto the following:
