JUVENILE PROBATION AND CAMPS FUNDING (JPCF) PROGRAM RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Butte County Probation Department desires to continue participation in the 3uveniie
Probation and Camps Funding (JPCF} Program adzninistexed by the Corrections Standards Authority
{hereafter referred to as CSA).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Chief Probation Officer of Butte County is
authorized to sign an behalf of the Board of Supervisors the JPCF Program Agreement with the CSA,
including any extensions ar amendments thereof
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County agrees to abide by the statutes governing the JPCF
Program as well as the terms and conditions of the Agreement as set forth by the CSA, including the
retention of financial records substantiating claimed expenditures and the submission of Semi~Annual
Progress Reports.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 27th day of
June 2006 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Dolan, Yamaguchi and Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Houx
NOT VOTING: none
